Windows server 2008 Aeries SQL database is outdated. Running out of memory space and new features cannot be use. Need to migrate to windows 2019 ASAP! Because so many APIs involved in the district, we cannot just migrate to the Cloud. It would have to be done in house upgrade.

Weekends OT for ITD staff to upgrade servers. Will have 3 new servers on XiLeap created and will migrate tables, modules correctly. Will back up data on newly created Synology and possibly mirror this to an offsite for redundancy backup.
Identify Aeries tables, modules, etc. to be move out of SIS. Discovery Phase.
Migrate Data over with a SQL script.
Check and test mode. Making sure everything migrated smoothly.
