Please mark your calendar for the scheduled open enrollment period for employees who are eligible to receive medical, dental, vision or Cash-In-Lieu of benefits on the following dates and location:

--> Schedule an In-Person appointment with American Fidelity

During Open Enrollment, You May
- Change your medical and/or dental plan(s)
- Enroll in a medical, dental, and/or vision plan
- Cancel your existing medical, dental, and/or vision coverage
- Add or Delete dependents to your medical, dental, and/or vision plan(s)
- Update your beneficiaries
- Signup for Cash-In-Lieu benefit (you must waive medical, dental, and vision benefits to qualify).
