Requirements
All teacher candidates are required to set professional goals based on elements of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP) as part of their Individualized Learning Plan (ILP). Once goals are set, candidates are to participate in specific professional activities or experiences to support their professional growth in each CSTP element. Please refer to the Data Collection Cycle and the ILP Toolkit Chart below.
