Dear Neighbor,
Protect yourself and your community by getting vaccinated at our Mobile Vaccination Clinic in partnership with Total Testing Solutions, Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell, Social Justice Learning Institute, the University of Southern California, Compton Unified School District, and Crystal Stairs, Inc.
Come join us to get vaccinated on Saturday, August 7, from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm at Sullivan Head Start, 725 W. Raymond Avenue, Compton, CA 90220. We will be offering the Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson Vaccines free to eligible ages. (18+ for J&J, 12+ for Pfizer.)
Online registration is required. If you are interested, please register as soon as possible.
Don’t miss opening remarks by Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell. Free Habit Burgers, Kona Hawaiian Shaved Ice, and giveaways will be offered to attendees while supplies last.
Please Note:
- The Pfizer vaccine will be administered in two doses/appointments.
- We cannot give the vaccination to anyone who is currently experiencing Flu-like Symptoms or is sick.
- For your first appointment, please be sure to bring ANY form of identification.
- Anyone under the age of 18 WILL need a legal guardian present with them and will need to sign a release form stating the parent is giving permission for their child to get the vaccination.
- A birth certificate will be required for anyone appearing under the age of 18.
After receiving your vaccination, you will sit in the observation area for 15-30 minutes. Then, you will receive a vaccination card with your second appointment date of Saturday August 28th (21 days later) at the same location.
