Abolish Chronic Truancy (ACT) Program
The Compton Unified District implements the truancy prevention program of the District Attorney's Office. called ACT. The program targets elementary pupils with excessive absences. The D.A.'s Office works collaboratively with school site administration and parents/guardians to prevent excessive student absences from school.
